Miss Juniper Fox - a fitz

Posted in Women's Myth and History by traveller2006 on November 14th, 2006

my first attempt at writing a fitz:

Young Miss Juniper Fox

had long, flowing  locks

of a colour most rich and most rare

which she wound round her head,

when not in bed,

in a fashion requiring much flair.

These she wore with aplomb

with a pair of foxes thereon

and which her suitors declared

were the best they had ever seen.

This is wonderful…. it sounds almost like a limerick– “There once was a girl from Nantucket…” :)
